The Dexter Area Historical Society and Museum will adopt the $10,000 raffle from the Dexter Kiwanis Club. "DASH&M members saw taking on the $10,000 Dexter Daze raffle as a two-fold opportunity: direct funds from a successful ongoing fundraiser to Gordon Hall and the museum and preserve a decades-long tradition that is part of the village’s history and character." We will post the details of the raffle as soon as they are finalized. We are expecting them to be similiar to the previous years.
The annual Dexter Rotary Playhouse raffle has featured models of historic buildings in Dexter since 2000. Proceeds have gone to Dexter High School scholarships and other community projects.
Tickets cost $5 each or 5 tickets for $20, and are sold at area merchants.
Drawing will take place at the gazebo on August 10, 2013 @ 7:00 pm.
